What kind of training do you provide for your collection staff?

Our program is one of continuous training. We currently attend conferences and workshops to insure that we are providing our collectors with the most up to date information that is available.

All of our debt collectors go through a lengthy training process before they begin making collection calls. Our program consists of role playing, collection literature review and on the job training. All of our debt collectors are given a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) test issued by the American Collections Association (ACA).
