Sheri co-founded FHC in 1999. With more than 20 years experience in the collection industry, Sheri is committed to providing our clients with top-notch recoveries while being responsive to their service needs. President and Chief Executive Officer

Frank co-founded FHC along with Sheri in 1999. Frank has acquired over 20 years’ of experience in collections having served in virtually every role possible. Frank currently oversees Business Development, Client Relations and Operations. Frank takes great pride in investing in the latest technological advances which impact the collection industry resulting in better recoveries for our clients. 

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike brings over 15 years of legal experience focused in collections and has a record of highly successful performance in various facets of the financial services industry. Mike also oversees our Quality Assurance team ensuring our collection staff is in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations as well as client requirements.

Chief Compliance Officer/General Counsel

Gene is a senior IT leader with over 20 years of experience supporting companies in a wide range of industries including industrial and computer hardware manufacturing, healthcare, software as a service, and financial services.  In addition to designing, building, and managing enterprise database and web applications, he has taken lead roles in Information Security at many of the same companies.  Gene’s strong knowledge of service delivery and Information Security best practices provides FHC with a competitive advantage and our customers with the assurance of knowing their data is secure.

Director of Information Technology and Information Security Officer

Armando is a collection industry veteran with 20 years of experience. Armando worked his way up through the ranks and is now responsible for back office processing including payments, correspondence, and ensuring clients receive their wires on schedule.

Director of Administrative Services

Mary is a financial executive with over 17 years of experience specific to the accounts receivable industry. Mary is versatile, analytical, and has a practical hands-on approach that makes certain that we consistently meet our clients’ individual remittance and financial reporting needs. Her responsibilities include maintaining the quality of accounting and financial reporting of FHC, national licensure, and to ensure that all money received is properly accounted for and disbursed appropriately to its clients.

Comptroller

Mr. Brown has been in the accounts receivable management industry for 35 years.  Throughout his career he has held senior management and executive level positions with Sallie Mae and its affiliated companies.  He has a proven track record of exceptional performance and business acumen resulting in consistent promotions to leadership roles.  Mr. Brown possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Student Loan arena.  His professional background includes business analysis, process improvement and change management, budgeting and reporting, risk management and compliance, personnel mentoring and development and strategic planning to drive competitive performance.

 

A graduate of Indiana University, Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications with a Minor in Business Administration and Psychology.

Senior Vice President of Operations

Jim has over 35 years of experience working in the ARM industry with the responsibility of establishing long term strategic partnerships. Knowledgeable in a variety of vertical markets which include Education, Financial Services, Government, Telecommunications, Utilities and Healthcare. Identifying the right programs based on the objectives of prospective and current clients to ensure FHC delivers best-in-class services.

EVP Sales and Marketing

Sara brings to FHC over 21 years of experience working with Granite State Management & Resources providing guarantor and loan origination, loan servicing and acting as Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Servicing Officer. Sara will provide oversight of corporate initiatives and administration of the client services department to ensure standards of quality service and continuous improvement.
